Hey guys, I'm at the point now where I can start putting these things back together. I'm guessing the carbs were set for the original 400CC... now that it's been bored out, should I adjust the main jet up or down or just set the new one exactly like the old one?
The stock jet has 18234 stamped on the top of it, and the new one has D22... does the difference matter?
Also... can anyone shoot me a link to the 400F carb rebuild thread, I can't seem to find it.
Another dumb question... jet size... do I read that from the long slender piece that moves, or the small piece it mates with. If its the small piece, the old one says 90 and the new one that comes with the rebuild kit says 75... is that an issue?
Finally, this solitary 'O' ring that comes with the kit, where does it belong? I haven't figured that out.
