Help ID this hub.

a friend gave me this 16" wheel laced on what we thought was a cb550 hub. i tried to put it on today and found out it's not one, even thought the brake drum is the same. it has a 35 tooth sprocket. i'm thinking it might be off an early cb450. can anyone help?
