Pd carbs

Getting ready to install pd carbs onto the 750 and i have a question.in the enclosed pic,am i correct in guessing that the forward nipple is the gas inlet and the rear is a vaccum source that i need to plug?thanks

No vac that is vent to atmosphere. Put a hose about a foot long and just run it up under fuel tank. Don't plug it you need it to balance pressure in the 4 bowls.

I put a small fuel filter on the hose to keep out bugs and trash.
