I hope that its just under that, I put a right sidecover against the frame i want to use its under 13 inch. On the front to back measurement is it ahead of the starter motor,?the cases behind starter to the back of the rear motor mount is the one that matters most. Trying to stuff it in an OSSA frame. Hard to believe its a good bit taller than a 750 motor..

front to back measurement includes the starter motor...you could probably shave three inches off by ditching it.  Pretty sure Bore Tech has block off plates or would be easy for you to make.  Yeah, I was amazed too...that's one tall tower of power.  One thing is the sump is narrow and can sink down below the frame rails.  I have never laid eyes on an Ossa frame in person though, so can't help ya much there.

Like this. At the front motor mount centers, about 4 1/4 inches above bottom tubes, I got about  14 inches to the back of the frame.. Might work.

certainly looks like the sump would fit between lower frame rails.  Also, the way that top tube slopes up towards the steering head, maybe if you had to, tilt the 350 like one of the slopers...but that would probably create oil supply problems and float bowls problems

I could use front of motor to back end measurement, finned area behind starter motor to very back of motor.
And the width of the case at the front engine mount. I got pretty detailed drawings in the parts book, but no measurements.
  Thanks.

1970 CB350K2 from the front of the barrel fins to the rear of the case is near about 300mm, from the front of the head fins to the rear of the case it is 360mm (please note these measurements were taken in a dark shed with a torch hanging out my mouth, so give or take 5mm).  Across the front engine mounts from outside to outside is 130mm (this one is accurate).
