It's only that cheap because it will probably take a million or more to restore... ;)

Whats the worst of the restore Schmitty..?  doesn't look that bad..?

The clay tile roof would probably run 150-200k, the front & back porch roofs need to be completely rebuilt/restored, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, tuckpointing, chimney's rebuilt....and on, and on, and on...

Does it have some type of "heritage listing" on it .?

It is eligible for the National Historic Landmarks but hasn't gone through the process yet. It does have an easement on any alterations or whatnot and the original arts & crafts wallcoverings have to be preserved at a cost of $25,000.00 (2003 dollars).

At the bar, my go to is Jameson on the rocks. It's just so smooth. At home I keep ardbeg for a more peaty taste. Served neat.

Just had some of the balvenie, it was a...24year? Wow was it delicious. But I will only be having that when my coworker offers:)
Give it up boys, who cares?  Back to da booze....

I drink alone

OK. Back to the drinks. I am sitting here watching all of the New Years Times Square stuff with a nice full glass of the Woodford Reserve on the rocks.

I think that my next bottle is going to be a single malt scotch.

Glad to hear, I really packed that box, didn't want you to receive a drippy whiskey box!

You should have a pair of those fancy sippin cups! Ooh, my wife will be pissed when she notices they are gone! Ha!! And she'd really be pissed if she knew I traded em for parts!!

A pair of F1 side covers please, no rush.

Last night I picked up a bottle of
It was a bit pricey for me but figured....WTF. I must have spent 30 mins in the scotch aisle just looking, reading and flip flopping.

Well I am sitting here getting into my first glass of Sailor Jerry spiced rum. It is some pretty good stuff. I also bought a bottle of Jamesons. Smooth compared to the other stuff I have been trying. On friday I had a glass of Abalore 12yr old scotch. Holy crumbs that stuff changed it all for me. Scotch is pricey.

Pricey, but nice-y.................... ;D
I was feeling sorry for myself because I couldn't afford new bike boots, until I met a man with no legs.

So I said, "Hey mate, you haven't got any bike boots you don't need, do you?"

Your not allowed to eat or drink in the car but still you take it and fit a greasy CX500 motor and parts and fill  the trunk?

Last night I had 2 glasses of the Sailer Jerry and...I think that is going to be my nightly drinkeypoo.

What do Hyundai Excels and fat chicks have in common? They are both fun to ride but you dont want your buddies to find out.
