Polishing fork bracket

I am cleaning and sanding F2 top fork bracket. Disgusted! If I knew how bad the cast is, I would leave it black.

Just whinying.

Yep, I've done a few different ones (Honda, Yamaha, Suzuki)
Use a file for the seams and a 3" flap wheel in drill to get rid of file marks (80 then 120 grit) then you can start cleaning it up properly
 Unfortunately I don't remember where I put pictures
I fake being smart pretty good
