Are you asking for the actual inside diameter of the pipe?? I measure 1.050" on my #2 pipe for a 72 CB500 [73 is the same part #]. There is a coating of carbon on it, and the dia varies the farther in you go (more carbon buildup), but that's what I get...  8)

Sorry should have been more clear. I need to know if buying a set of headers what size diameter the headers should be. Thanks

The 4 new pipes I bought from Honda average 1.250" outside dia...which is also pretty much 32mm...

I measured the straight part of the pipe, under the foorpegs, as the bend at the head has variable dia no matter how I measure it...  ::)
