I want to know what happened before they started filming. Why the kick? Secondly, what's the point? Car vs MC is an unfair fight, usually.

BTW - they are charging the biker with fleeing the scene at the very least. Maybe more.

Usually it is to take off a mirror or dent the door... Road Rage doesn't help anyone!

Had a case of road rage yesterday.Yesterday, a foreigner upset that I allowed 2 tracktor trailers to go ahead of me at a 3 way stop, instead of going when it was my turn (as I know these guys only get paid when they are moving).
Well, said moron,
lays on the horn for the whole time the 2nd tractor trailer is turning,
ROARS his Volvo nearly into my rearend while crossing the bridge from Bellows Falls, Vt to North Walpole, NH,
then comes alongside me ,
nearly knocking me down, ie. within inches
Yells OUT "You fu#$King Nigg#r!
passes me,
Brakes hard forcing me nearly into the sidewalk.....
These black Volvo drug dealers from Colorado need to chill out.
At 8:02 in the morning most people are already at work and it doesn't hurt to be nice to other drivers. 🤔Now I know why bikers have helmet cameras. Wish I had the money to buy one.

That would piss me off also Michel, but think about how this poor bugger must feel :

ive used cams for years now,any new type that uses a capacitor is what your looking for these days, ive just received an "sjcam dash cam"that is capacitor, ive run the sj1000 and sj4000 cams and theyve been great, the battery is the problem in my job as a garbage truck driver, hot sun all day and charging non stop kills the batteries.

Are you recommending the sjcam sj4000 Dave
Real deal or knock off ones...The $20 knock offs are likely to be junky

Or is it another cam you are mentioning that is a capacitor type?

Walmart carries a car dash cam now for about $50.

cheap cams are junk full stop raf!sjcams have been copied there that good?the sj4000 is a go pro look alike, but has car cam option in menu,i ran an sj1000 on the bike till it broke the cable insertion id repaired once, the bike now has an sj cam M10 which is same as sj4000 but smaller, ive just bought their first dedicated dash cam,the others ive used are 1080p as is this one,the new dash cam has wifi hook up,bloody good for $107 delivered, its only done two days in the truck so far, going by the other sjcam units ive used itll be fine, bit like Hyundai cars, just keep getting better?

Here's some footage of my near death experience from a couple of months ago. Doesn't look like much I know, but like all good life threatening moments, I still remember seeing this 3 foot long piece of road sign (I think) arcing high through the air, and spearing into my car. If I'd been on my bike, I reckon I would have been impaled.

Luckily for me I had a cheap-arse dash cam ($39 delivered to my door) which recorded the incident, and once I sent the youtube link to the insurance company, they refunded my $800.00 deductible (excess) and changed the claim status to "Not at fault". Best 39 bucks I've spent this year............ ;D

I was feeling sorry for myself because I couldn't afford new bike boots, until I met a man with no legs.

So I said, "Hey mate, you haven't got any bike boots you don't need, do you?"

Yeah Dave, it's actually pretty scary when you slow the footage right down, and see how big that lump of "whatever it is" really was. Actually I think there were two pieces, it looks like there was another piece on the road in front of my car that I ran over.

What was fascinating for me is that it all seemed to happen in slow motion and I watched the whole thing like a movie, I couldn't get out of it's way, so I just hoped that it wouldn't come thru the windscreen. It really was a pants filling moment! ;D

Which one did you buy Terry? I have an auscom? I think. It works wonderfully but I wish it had dual view into the cabin and partially out the rear window. I was rear-ended twice in my brand new Subaru and didn’t have any rear view.

G'Day Steve, that one is a Navig8r 1080P, the picture quality is good with good audio, but like you I'd like a rear facing camera for my daily driver (Mitsubishi Outlander) as I drive in city traffic daily.

I'd love to have a 360 degree camera that operates when the car is parked, I've got a couple of suspicious scratches on my car that I reckon some arsehole has done during a bad parking attempt, if I could film stuff like that, once again I could get it fixed thru my insurance at no cost to me. ;D

4 cameras would nearly give you near full coverage.  Sounds like $400 is far less long term than a single claim.  Don't know if 3 could give you the rearview coverage as things are a little skewed towards the edges...
Most have around 150 degree field of view?

the new company that bought our skip company has heavy duty cameras on all sides of the trucks, people say their car got side swiped when servicing their domestic rubbish bin all the time, the cameras show otherwise.

The 360 cameras work really well. A fellow groomsman at my friends wedding has one and got some really awesome shots. I was surprised how well it worked. It was a little tiny thing that attached to the back of his phone and stuck up like a commercial security camera.

Sweet! Have you got a link? I'd love to get a 360 cam if it's reasonably priced? (i.e., cheap, like me.....) ;D

Moto Z camera option for that phone has a 360 degree camera.  Image stabilization might not be up to task on a phone...but, you never know.
Anyone used their phone to do video on a bike?

I was thinking of a phone mount on the handlebars DrBovinestein
Their attachments are pricey...

I am sure there are 360 cams out there but they would need go pro level stabilization to be useful.
