Bought my bike a few years ago and have not given it the attention it deserves until recently.  Got laid off shortly after buying the bike and was out of work for a couple years.  Throw a wedding in the middle somewhere and you may understand why the bike has been put on the shelf (or shed in this case) for far too long.  But now, the resurrection begins!

Picked up the dust collector for a few bills and probably didn't realize what I was getting into when I did, but here she is.

Day I picked up the bike I wasn't able to ride it because, well...it didn't run.  In fact, the tank was just sitting on the frame.  Gave a firm kick on the starter to make sure the engine was free and once I saw that it was, money exchanged hands.

Got the bike home and started pulling parts.

Some have said that this MAC exhaust is fairly desirable.  I'm not convinced just yet.

After removing everything, I've began the mock up process.  I'm pretty sure that I'm not going to stick with this tank, but wanted to see what it looked like on the ground.

And with that, I have a table full of extra parts that will not be reused.

And as of yesterday, she lost some weight in her booty.

Stay tuned, more to come.

welcome...she not only lost some weight in her booty, she lost some strength in her booty.  These girls need a strong booty ;)  I think your exhaust consists of the stock header and collector with a MAC slip on muffler, but I am not sure cuz I am not super knowledgeable on the f bikes...but I am quite sure that I have not seen a MAC muffler like that...
If it works good, it looks good...

I'll be welding in a loop to close the tail section back up.  The exhaust seems really heavy, so I'm not decided on whether it will be reused or not at this point.

I'm interested in the air box and left side front peg. Let me know what you want for them.
