350 & 400 Frame compatibility?
« on: January 12, 2013, 10:18:35 AM »
I may be buying a '74 CB350 Four with a questionable title.   The titled owner is the deceased ex. father-in-law of the seller.    Seller doesn't know if his ex is willing to do the paperwork & legwork necessary to transfer the title.

I was thinking about buying it anyway, as it is in nice shape for a good price.

I have a '75 CB400 Four frame that I CAN easily getting a title for.    Are they the same?   If I fail to be able to get the title for the 350, I was thinking that I  could just move everything to this 400 frame if the engine mounts, and mounting tabs for everything is the same.

Has anyone here moved thing between the two models to know if they're the same?

Thanks,
Jay
