Did some wiring last night. I'm using the ignition switch to trigger a 30 amp relay. Worked great on my other bikes to keep the super coils and dyna III ignition from draining down the battery. The honda ignition has to much current drop.

Coming along now. Finished the wiring harness; i just need to fabricate a gauge mounting plate for the new 2.5" gauges and make some steel braided oil lines.

How did you cut out the center piece of the gauge mounting plate?  Also, how did you dress the edges?

The bike is looking great!

I drilled four holes and connected them using a Dremel. I ran a file around the edges to clean and de-burr them.

You have to have a drilled rotor if you have a vented drum. Lol.

Short,

I like the cooling vents on the rear brake.  How exactly did you fabricate them?  Laser, waterjet, etc.??
