So in order to get fuel hoses connected in between the carbs, i have to disassemble them? Also in the pic u can see im missing two hoses that connect near fuel line connection. Where do these run to when hoses are connected?.

Those two are the vent outlets of 1+2 and 3+4 respectively. For "+" read the small tubes you're missing. Got the picture now? Don't worry, your bike will run no problem. Those longer two tubes are easy to attach. The smaller ones in between - mwah - not easy, maybe. You could improvise with a straw. It's not that important. Personally I would not separate the carbs for that.
