Is there anyone else from Iowa besides me that is interested in this go-around?  I dont think I've seen or heard from anyone about it yet.  :-\

Looking at the map - is GZ going Missouri - Chicago - Michigan?  The straight line Missouri - Virginia is basically empty.

Just starting to think about  Team 5 task, gentlemen  ;D  I will try to locate and recruit riders in IL, KY, WV, VA...

I don't know why the map has not been updated...probably no one has stepped up organizationally and those areas are still a long way out...but I assure you, there is a strong Michigan contingent ready to ride...we will get it together as Godzilla draws nearer.
If it works good, it looks good...

70CB & Sean - we could use team leaders in your two areas to help organize.

As of now, we appear to be set all the way to Cali, then zilla will most likely head East where Team 4 will take the handoff.

We're in a slow period right now but will be picking up speed very soon.

Good to have you on board  :)  Guess I'm the "unofficial Team 4 leader" since I've taken a slight initiative and know how this works  ;)  Looks like we'll be working together for a handoff when time comes.

Ok... I am having trouble keeping all of the links straight, but I think I'm assigned to "Team 6".  Hopefully we can get a course mapped out in the not-too-distant future.

I guess I just need to mark the links in my FAVORITES once I find them... seems sorta hard to find them once I go to a different page again...

Hey Wayne,

I saw your post on the Team 6 thread and am waiting to hear about the route up into New England also. I think some of the Team 5 and 6 maps have been tweaked in order to get better member coverage.

All I know is that Zilla should be in Boston at some point. When and how is still very much up in the air.

Instead of using links, just scroll down on the forum home page to the current relay board; all the team threads will show up there.

Thanks for the link... Now I know where GZ *is*... not sure when he'll be heading back this way, or via what direction, but, I'll keep reading and maybe will be able to join for part of the trip.

Yep, i'm on team 6.  Iowa.  Just not sure of the overall route path-(ish)... Seems in years past there was a map with arrows or numbers or something.  But, hey, I'm on the list. :D

If you like to ride perhaps you could meet up with the NE guys and ride into KS then home? That will  be sooner whereas Team 6 will be later. OR, do both  ;D However, NE into KS has not been set or confirmed. Team 4 should be riding soon and heading eastward.

This year is a little different, the riders are picking the route.  Jerry made a great suggestion above, ride both if you can.  Get active on your teams thread and make it happen, its a blast!

Hi guys, I haven't had much time to be active on the board lately, but I did the Ohio, Ontario, and Michigan legs the first year and had a great time. I'm between Buffalo and Rochester, NY, would be willing to put a couple/few guys up, too, got a couple extra bedrooms.

Remember that topic we were discussing a few pages back about getting the old tour books into digital format?  Can someone please get that going or send me the books so that I can do it?  I'll even cover the shipping.  I really want to read all of the entries!!

I just looked and didn't see it either.  You should merge with the MI riders thread and add MN too.
