Well I'm out of here with wife for Mexico on the 27th for a week in the warm so if you hear of an A/C going down, natural disaster, coup, major drug war cranking up, you'll know the big guy has caught up with me after all these years. Now all I have to do is avoid the snow god who's throwing squalls at me.
Later.

Same here with a couple of more days like this, then a warm-up,  then back into the deep freeze. Folks around here act like this is so rare. Was coming out of the grocery store yesterday and overheard a women saying Michigan has the worst winters. Obviously she has never been in North Dakota or Montana in the winter. :)

Yeah, we got some bad weather arriving tomorrow.  Could get some "wintery-mix."  My guess is it will be cold as hell and wet. . .

Was 104 yesterday, and cooled to 86 overnight. I looked at Bills first pic and had to show the wife, it looked like a Christmas card! Have fun in Mexico mate, Georg (fire113) goes there all the time and loves it! Cheers, Terry. ;D
I was feeling sorry for myself because I couldn't afford new bike boots, until I met a man with no legs.

So I said, "Hey mate, you haven't got any bike boots you don't need, do you?"

I don't see how our connotation of christmas doesn't turn you off considering its damn summer time where you live.

Ha ha, we've had your version of Christmas shoved down our throats for so long that we don't even really notice the pictures of snow covered pines and kids playing on frozen lakes mate, as we sweat our arses off this time of year.

No biggie though, Christmas is my favorite time of year, no matter how silly all that "sleighbells in the snow" #$%* might sound........ ;D

Thanks Terry, hope to get out of Wiarton today if we can dodge major weather events and yes the demon is looking forward to a little warm, much suds, semi naked young things, Mexican food and the salt chuck for the first time in decades, I wonder if it smells the same as the chuck around Vancouver used to. The lake around here is not the same as the Pacific ah well. There should be some thing like a 40 to 50 degree temp dif between here and there, More Suds, I wonder what the Mexican word for "Suds" is?
Later, the demon.
