Valve Inspection Covers Source
« on: January 20, 2013, 10:01:49 AM »
Need to replace few of those covers as they were completely striped off by someone that owned the bike before me   ::)
Other than Cycle Exchange, does anyone sell anything custom? Especially gold.
I really like the CE ones but they are $$$

Thanks

Tapped covers are cheap. Have them powder coated....

Check out ttr400.com for some anodized ones...

I saw some that were dome shaped, you tighten them from the inside. Not sure why you'd want to have to remove the valve cover to do an adjustment.
No matter how fast or how far I rode, I couldn't leave her memory behind.

Are the 750 and 550 covers the same size? It would be cool to be able to use those finned covers on my 550.
It's almost twice as old as me, I don't know how the hell it works!

Anyone have photos of the finned ones installed? I've seen those before but never seen them on a bike.

I just ended up getting stockers from eBay. Spending $140 on customs was a little nuts. Could buy a lot of other stuff for that kind of money!

Says sold individually, and that Honda's price is $7.99, which is what they charge for one.
