Holy cow...I think this is rare.  Broke choke cable on my 80 650 and scrambled to find nothing...then this.  Am I lucky or is this not that hard of a find?

Sorry guys, but been gone a long time.

Score!

You probably know this already but the black ferrel tightens to hold the choke closed at the carburetors.

Many think the cable is bad when all you do is spin the ferrel down to tighten, opposite to release.

Correct!  The friction IS adjustable.

Really?? I thought my cable needed lubed or something else was wrong. I'll be sure to leave myself a note about that.
