7504 carb spigots

preparing to re-install the carbs on a 750F engine. Anybody know a way of softening up the 36 year old rubber spigots or perhaps there is a source for new ones?

Heat them up well with a good heat gun to soften them.Put some lube of some kind on also to help them slide on.You will hear more from others soon.
