75 top end on a 72 bottom end???????????????

Anyone know if this will work? my 75 has a great top end with a bad bottom and i just got a 72 with a bad top can i swap these?Thanks

Whats bad on the 75 bottom,is it the tranny or bearings ?. If its the tranny for instance you can split the case without taking the top end apart and do some fixing or swapping of parts.
