I found a few including a 750 Suzuki. Pay attention to picture number four (4).  :o

Enjoy.

I was told this was 5% of bikes and parts this guy has. Got the line from the person who bought my CB160 last week.

This is going to be one of the best contacts to date.  ;)

From what I see that would mean he has 600 bikes,  as 30 is 5%  of that.  ????????? Good contact if he is willing to sell

Agree.

The 68 CB450 with the scrambler pipe option would be my target as well as the GB500.

From what I can find out this was a rare Honda conversion. It is OEM.

Yeah, I like the emblems myself. It's amazing some of the bikes people have.

That was called the 450-"D" model.
It was actually a retrofit dealer "kit" for 4-speed 450's.
Consisted of exhaust, tank, side covers, handlebars.
Probably the only 450 (aside from police models) with any real collectibility.
They pre-dated the CL450 models, which were all 5-speeds.

The 4-speeds in general are more desirable now than when new - they didn't sell a whole lot of the 4-speeds due to the awful "styling", which we thought was ridiculous back in The Day. Now everyone thinks they're cool - I still think they're butt-ugly.........
But they're 450's, so I love 'em without reservation......

Just as an aside, that doesn't look to be an original seat, but one from a later 450 model.

Simply amazing...these bikes will all hit the for sale floor someday. The history of this would be very interesting...possible long time dealer? More pics would be a blast to look at.
