Yes both Doctor_D and brandEn's bikes colors were inspiration for the paint, Also project copperhead from Stacy David's Gears TV show was a color I was considering.
The final choice was made when I went to the local Victory / Honda / KTM / Suzuki dealer and saw a 2013 Victory Judge in the Nuclear Sunset Orange in satin finish. That sealed the deal.
My build, of course, doesn't have the attention to detail that these 2 bikes built by the people mentioned above.
I still have a lot to do yet.
The exhaust is not finished. The Kerker muffler is going away. I don't like it hanging out there. Need something much shorter.
The dash and gages are not selected yet.
Still need to finish out the foot peg mounts and rear brake pedal.
The foot pegs currently are off a CR250 but I am not sure they are staying.
I already have some frame paint touch up to do from riding it around before painting the tins.
I am thinking about adding a Honda text logo behind the wings emblem on the tank
Seat is still not done.
I am sure I will steal some more ideas from the excellent builds on this forum
