Honda had trouble getting it right, maybe you will have better luck. If I were in your position I would only consider copper, after you get over the price for a half sheet. Who is programming the cutter..areyou sure the company is OK with that?.. Not a small job..

Alright alright I've got the picture no need to humiliate me more. I learned a lot so thanks. I'll just stick to doing the cover gaskets.

As a side note though the programming for this stuff really isn't that difficult.

The head gaskets are. In several versions, due to differrences in oil sealing o-rings and collar changes. If you make gaskets , maybe sell some on here. Thanks

Yeah I was thinking about selling em. I only got it doesn't matter on material type. Is there a preference around here?

Think the last time I bought an OEM gasket, summer before last, from my local Honda shop for my 750 left side shift cover, which is pretty large, was $9.00 and some change with no shipping.Guess that would be the price point you may be competing with.

if you can make your own bottom end gaskets thatll be a saving enough,my mates cutter has a tiny blade, hes not too keen on me trying anything but sticker material in it,,fair enough, like everyone ive done the old cornflakes box clutch cover gaskets that work perfectly well.

ncstatecamp If you come up with cover gaskets at a reasonable price I'll be in.  Paid $15 for an oil cover gasket at the local shop over a year ago and I'm still pissed about that. If you can figure out how to cut tank decals at a reasonable price, you might have your boss asking you for a job. Don't let the naysayers slow you down.

Oil cover? Do you mean the pan? My plan right now is all the side gaskets, clutch, alternator, and associated top covers. Pretty much everything flat.

I was actually just thinking about the stencils from stickers, I can tune a laser cutter to cut through 1 layer of paper and no more. Which tank decals are you talking about?

You can buy - at least this side of the puddle - gasket paper in some car parts stores.  Done it for my jeep before.

OK so those that I originally posted before are not a match. Does anybody have pack lying around they could scan so I could get a file of em? or know a way I could the shapes unnecessary digitally. Its for a 750k

I HAVE CB750 OIL PAN , CLUTCH , TRANS COVER GASKETS ON FILE  IF YOU NEED..

That and anything else. Wasn't planning on doing the oil pan but I'll be good to have. I'm doing my alternator cover, clutch cover, shifter, valve cover and the top covers that go over those.

The scans I got are alright but a bit fuzzy. Could I just scan each cover and get a profile that way?
