Take a look at the wiring diagram for your particular year/model bike. We don't know what that is.
That will show you what color coded wires. the blinkers, and flasher used to be connected to...   before your PO started removing/cutting things.
Get yourself some 3.5mm bullets so you don't cut anything else.

Oldmanhonda.com for wiring schematic.  If those are led tailights you'll need a blinker winker flasher made for those.  The cheap little resistance type won't work, not enough current flow with led.  All the project bikes i have done have had the wires tucked nearby the original location.  Orange and blue as i vaguely remember......

orange and light blue are for indicators.
'Then' and 'than' are completely different words and have completely different meanings. Same with 'of' and 'have'. Set and sit. There, their and they're. Draw and drawer. Could care less/couldn't care less. Bought/brought FFS.

orange and light blue are for indicators.

Orange is for LEFT Blue is for  RIGHT
You need a ground for all four.

I think 554. Its a two prong flasher. If you search top left there is a ton of options like heavy duty and otgers with part #'s

Also guys how important is this ground wire that connects to headlight bucket bolts. Has em on both sides. Nut doesnt fit new bolt. Or can i just hack those bolts off and resolder to new bolts or some kinda clip

It would be easier to use a crimp terminal as an extra washer

the bolts with the ground there are because the stock signals ground thru their body so you would need them. with your aftermarket ones they will have a ground wire, most likely at least so now the old grounds are superfluous

You can use a three prong flasher it just has a dedicated ground wire and you would have to ground that in order to use it. grey goes to one terminal, black to another with the two prong and if you use a third the ground lug

Just remember that the way you are gonna run your turn signals up front that it supports your headlight now so you want a nice solid mount so it isn't buzzy

If you mean the turn signals themselves have three wires then you have front running lights. You connect the running light function to the orange/white and blue/white that comes from the handlebars. The regular turn signal lights go to solid light blue and solid orange and then ground those suckers. You will prob have the extra ground spots in the bucket at one of those junctions

I use those like 10.95 emgo headlight brackets with the three holes. Not stunning but my fork ears were rusted crap to begin with. The back hole with a nice washer will hold the signals and the front most hole secures the headlight nicely
