CB650 pilot screw o-ring/washer
« on: July 18, 2006, 08:30:22 AM »
Just removed/cleaned the carbs on my 79 650, and noticed none of the pilot screws have their washer and o-ring installed.  I was wondering if anyone knew what sizes the washer and o-ring were, and if it was possible to get a pair for each carb without purchasing the entire gasket kit.....

Any help would be appreciated!

Dont know if Honda sells them individually but Suzuki use the same sizes as far as I know and they do.
Dont know if this is for the 'o' ring or washer but if you can find a Suzuki dealer and give him this part number you can then get the other parts you need

Should be able to work out what bike its for and check on microfiche or computer.

I will give that part number a try and see how it works out....if anyone has a set of four o-rings and washers unused from a carb rebuild I would be happy to buy them.....

Thanks!

I purchased one pilot screw with o-ring from a dealer recently, ('79 CB650 as well) so I know for a fact that you order them without the whole carb kit. I will check my old bills tonight to see if I cant get a part #.
