Engine and Frame numbers, CB350F, 1972

Is it possible to determine if the engine and frame are original?  My bike frame # is 1034648, the engine is 134700.  Does this "mismatch" mean anything?

On a Honda, the frame and engine number don't match.

If, as I suspect, you have missed a 0 out of the engine number they are about right
