I found this picture on Facebook page 'Motorcycle Racing 1960-1990', some great racing pictures on there if you have an account. The front forks look SOHC4 but the tank shape suggested a non-stock frame, this is where the picture is from http://blogs.yahoo.co.jp/okatasi2004/folder/431243.html all Japanese text but the pictures are very interesting, and it shows the frame.

neat. racing only blog is a place i follow often for all those crazy/rare/unheard off Japanese racebikes
