ain't pretty but it's mine..
« on: February 22, 2013, 04:50:27 AM »
You just have to save every Honda you run across huh? My CL ad gets a few responces but most have no title and are way over priced.  ::)

She ain't pretty, came with extra parts like stock seat, wheels, fender, air box etc. He keeps the chopper seat in the deal.

$250.00 with title.

He didn't use the rattle can. Person before him. Must of been a sale on flat black.  :o Comes home Sunday.

He wanted $300. Bought for $250. He keeps the back breaker seat.  ;)

I sure don't want it.

That's what it is!

If you flip it upside down it's what we call a "rear fender" here, and that one would definitely keep you dry.

So more on this bike?

My friend has been looking for a good/properly priced 550/4 here for about a year, but i think they've achieved cult status in the GTA, and barn finds are few and far between now.

$250 is a great deal, even if I had to burn the seat. And there were no replacements left. In the world...

I'd have kept the seat.  I found out a long time ago no matter how ridiculous something is, somebody will give 25 bucks for it.

Nice buy Toy. As for those seats I only keep them if they used the original seat pan to put that custom stuff on,sure that one was not a stocker. What is your plan for it ?

Nice find! Now...

Does it run? How's the rust status? Are we talking cosmetics, tune up, minor repairs, major repairs, rebuild...? Details, man, details!

Oh, yeah, and that's an awesome seat! For a chopper. Looks a bit catastrophic on a UJM.

The first thing you need to do is replace the plumber's tape mounting the mufflers to the swing-arm. ;)

Nice bike for the cash. I would get an F exhaust on that thing. I like the euro-trash yellow color I've thought about my next bike being that color. How is the paint job? Worth keeping?

Bike was running just fine a little while back. Sure it would not take much.

My plans? Nothing.

Rear exhaust hangers? Classic stuff right there.

Flat black paint? I wanna F model must of been the thought of the day. Maybe crack.  :o

Part out? Not at this time however Stev-o must have my phone tapped and flying that drone over my house. Texas Boys!

They are far and few out here also. It's a rough bike, complete for the most part, but still rough.

No complaints here however. No plans to ever do anything with it at this time.
