Haven't seen you on the sign-up list thread yet, Bobby. ::)
I need Andy and the New England group. I also need to get him from Jersey or Pa. To send him in either direction. I am kinda in a dead spot.

I can possibly facilitate the printing through a local guy. I dont know what he would charge but it would need to include priority shipping to the individual. I also dont care to be responsible other than getting a quote and providing the contact info for the artwork. I  dont think he does patches.

Is the patch going to be different than the T shirt?  Just wondering.  I only purchased patches in the past so do not know if the the designs on past T shirts match the patch or are different  :-*

I think we only had t-shirts (along with the patches) the first year, and the design was the same for the patch and shirt.  Last year we only had patches available (no shirts).

seeing that it looks like we may only have 2 design submissions... perhaps we could have a patch design and different tshirt design?  or maybe, what ends up being the patch could go on the front lapel of the shirt and the other design goes on the back?  may be good for master chief to possibly design something that corresponds well with what was already presented.   :)

i'd pay a bit extra to have 2 sided printing on my shirt.

those are just my thoughts, i'll go with whatever is decided.

Me neither.  Simple is better in my book. I dont care for a pocket print. I actually am going to forget about it as it seems we have very little interest. I am sorry to architect for putting energy into this. I still like the design. Its not dated. Oh well.

Okay, I made a phone call to a guy who has printed shirts for me in the past. Here is the price he gave me. 20 each shipped to the individual. cont us. Likely could ship to canada, just a bit more maybe? we didnt discuss that. Anyway, he needs a list of sizes and we need to set a deadline on the order/ payment. the shirt would be black canvas 100 percent cotton pre shrunk. White print. If that is too much $ no problem with me. I just wanted to get something going....

I don't mind reachin out to my screen printer, as well. I just didn't want to have to be the middle man, but it looks like there are slim options if we want to get this done.

I don't mind coordinating the shirts and patches. But, so that I don't have to put up a ton of cash up front, I'll do a pre-order deadline. Pre-orders will be guaranteed to get what they ordered. If people want to buy after the close of the pre-order, they will be subject to availability (basically, however many extra I order) or we can place a second order.

Assume shirts are $20 or less and patches are ~$5 (assuming we hit sufficient quantities for both).

Thoughts?

Also, I dont think you should front any money. Pre pay on all orders and if you dont order/pay in time then you are SOL. no shirt for you

I definitely want a patch so $5 or whatever it turns out to be is fine.  As far as the shirt I would like one but it needs to be a women's and I do not know if you are only wanting to print on men's sizes or if printing on a women's cut shirt would be a different price.  Let me know about the shirt and also where to pre-pay and I am in.

Awesome, guys - thanks for the tremendous response!

I am getting quotes for shirts and patches as we speak.  Just for grins, I also requested a quote for rally pins.  I am using a quantity of 50 as my starting basis.  Once I get real numbers to work with, I will start the sign-up list.  Of course, everyone who has already piped up with their order, here, will be included.
