Anyone using all in one rectifier/regulator on their cb's?
« on: February 27, 2013, 05:51:20 PM »
Looking at cleaning up my electrical system with one of these rectifier/regulator combos. Anyone try using one of these? Ive seen a couple different kinds on the internet.

My bike is also not charging properly, once I disconnect the ground while the bike is at idle  it dies..  I have been told that this will help my issue.

Thanks all,
MAtt

I replaced my reg/rec and the only issue was building a mounting bracket

Oregon Motorcycle Parts has separate regulator and rectifier replacements as well as an all in one solid state unit. They are quality and the guy who makes/sells them is extremely helpful. Check him out.
