What do you think about Garden City or Logan? I'm good with either one and also open for suggestions. The hand off to you needs to happen on a Saturday right? Also no problem :)

Logan works for me MotorFist and yes it will be on a Saturday :)

Hey guys, Jerry got hit by another bike. He got a broken leg among other injuries, so he won't be riding on this year's relay. :( :(

Thanks Lisa. Just came to from my Percocet nap. Squid kid on a crotch rocket couldn't handle his bike or the road. Trying to keep up with his more accomplished buddy who I was watching first. He cleared me and barely made it then I looked past him and here came the red flash. LOUD bam! His buddy ahead of him heard it and came back. Over shot the curve and nailed me right behind the front wheel on the foot board. Looked like he forgot to turn with his handlebars and didn't do much more than lean into the curve. Knocked tha #$%* outta me but I'm an onery (spell L U C K Y) SOB that still has his left leg and his life without being mangled.

Jerry, I'm really sorry to learn of your accident. I'm glad you're okay. Sounds like a fraction of a second earlier would have been much worse. Were you on your Harley or CB?

That truly sucks Jerry, hope you heal up fast. My uncle who hopefully will be my wing man just went through the same thing a year ago messed up his shoulder instead of his leg. But the crazy thing was he was hit by another bike too. He has healed up quite nicely and is doing well.

Was it a clean break or a shatter? Surgery (hope not)???

Sorry to hear about the accident Jerry but glad it's not worse. So what part of the country were you in when this happened? and are you back in the Springs now?

EDIT 5/28: No need to reply Jerry. Got my answers from the other thread

No time line yet but TheOfam may still get to do it! Did you get your ride completed? I'll need to get back on mine since the Fat Boy will get totalled by the insurance. And if I know Ofreen he is working in the background with the other western riders and has a preliminary plan. Dude is a rider!

Welcome aboard! Preston is a great location and your weekend timing will work great for the hand off to curemode2002. Sounds like it might be time to lay out some plans!

Thanks Jerry. Thanks to Josh, Boyd and Martin, we have a solid plan for a handoff to Utah 6/22. I'll elaborate later when I don't have to use this i-phone, or one of the other guys can jump in.

All I really know is Logan on the 22nd of June! :D

CO guys drop me a line and let me know what you are thinking I will connect with the folks coming with me and give you some details soon but I would guess the 29th or 6th of July would be good options for me or you can ride up to my place in Lehi if you are itchin' to get GZ sooner. ;)

Looks like Proto and GJSteve time  :D  I know CB650/Terry is on board for the last Colorado leg. Theofam will be back in time. Keith can probably make something work.

Who else wants in from CO? Paul? Craig? OldBob? Ichiban? Who else? Time to step up.

I'm thinking CO can connect with Nebraska?? Who's our NE guys? Then Pinhead in Kansas?? Doug in KC? Who else?

Team 5 time then  ;D
