^^^ What Sean said.  Most of older tubes will be rusty in the top section, the price is OK.

The lowers 'look' to be original 750 from what I can see. Lots of swapping on some of these over the years. It does not look raked but then again very hard to tell in those pics. Look the steering stem area over well for what looks like non-factory welding, cutting etc..

Yes I'm sorry, the bike isn't here at my house and these were the only pictures I had.  Thanks for the information though!  Since it has no brake caliper assembly, do you think it's still pretty vital to get the T shaped ones from 1973 or does it really matter?  Thanks

Actually, you will find the "C" shaped and "T" shaped ones both fit on the pre-1975 fork legs (up through K6). One popular way to install dual discs was to just add the later ones to the left leg: it's not uncommon to see them mixed on one bike. The T-shaped ones are a little lighter in weight. I think Honda got over their nervousness about how well they would perform by 1972, and the design lightened up a bit. ;)

Excellent!  Well, right now I'm open for options.  The ones I posted earlier on ebay were a mistake ( I won the auction but turns out that part sold a few weeks ago :(  )

I'm checking out an 81 front end today complete with calipers and wheel.  My only concern is that the front rim won't match the rear!

If anyone is interested, I found a rather interesting (though suggested) solution:

Bought an '81 parts bike and swapped off the front end (including trees)

Had to use the sealed bearings on the bottom trees (from the '81) and keep the ball bearings from the '73 trees in order for it to work.  Full ball or sealed wouldn't fit.

no no, I'll be putting the rear wheel from the '81 on the back of the '73 bike.  I'd really like it if I could somehow retro-fit dual disc brakes on the '73 wheels because I like those more, but I don't think it's possible :(
