I just bought a 1978 750F which is about mint with 15K on the odometer.  My last 750 I bought brand new in 1973, a K3, which I paid $1600.  Rode that bike from Cape Cod to Alaska and back touring most of the US.  I don't think I will put that kind of mileage on this bike but cannot wait for spring to arrive.

Here are a couple of photos of my 1978F 750.  It is all original and has 15K miles.  Major problem is the muffler has a hole in it.  What is the best option for a replacement that looks somewhat original?  Also, what type of black paint is best for touching up the engine?
