An Ebay deal gone south.

 I purchased all parts required to start a Yamaha XS850 off E bay, no one bid against me so it sold cheap. The seller said he would combine shipping so I bought several items. He didn't, I sent a message asking him to charge what he said he would. Today he sent me a message saying he checked the starter and it doesn't work after all. He asked me to cancell the transaction.
 I should have recieved it today. He refunded my money but that doesn't help get this bike going. Now I've wasted over a week waiting on his sorry story.

 Negative feedback is all I can do I guess.

Maybe he got sellers remorse depending on how cheap it sold for. Don't be surprised it may reappear again but you won't be bidding---

I asked him to look around to see if he had another one that works. No cancellation no good feedback. He said Ebay would charge him unless I cancell. Gee sorry. He had 2 bad feedbacks already and one that was rescinded.  I should have known better.
