Just picked up another bike, it hasnt ran in i'd guess 2-3 years. It is complete and in over all pretty good shape, will fire up with some starting fluid so i'm told and it only has 9,954 miles on it. Needs two tires, a battery, the tank re sealed (full of rust) and then probably just tuned up. I pulled the carbs last night to clean them and boy were they dirty! between the right two and left two carbs there is a little rubber "T" that runs up to a vac pot on top the the right carbs, both of mine are ripped. I believe it is part 27 on this list of parts: (not allowed to post links, but in honda parts fiche they refer to it as tube, clip, PN: 95002-02080) i have no problem replaceing these, but will the bike run with them being cracked for the time being? They are still there, just cracked almost in half and pretty loose. I'll post up pics as soon as I get it put back together, hopefully i can her it run tonight!
