I've seen pictures on this site, and I think on the Naked Goldwing site, of a generic engine stand (HF or some such) with shop-built adapters for the 750. You could Use that info to come up with your own adapter for the Honda stand.

Am I not seeing something? It appears the "Fours" adapter only fits the rear transmission end mounts. How does the Front get supported?

I dug up an old post for a adapter. Store bought, but seems real easy to make.
Top end only I guess

I bought a #1000 Harbor Freight engine stand, a foot of angle iron and a bunch of bolts and pipe nipples from Home Depot, and with this combination I could bolt up any of the Honda engines I'm pretty certain. $100, all in. Some photos of it are on my build thread here:

I don't care about the engine stand.... nobody noticed the CNC machine?

I could be entertained for the rest of my life with that toy!

Bet there are some of those adapters still languishing around some older Honda dealer workshops buried  somewhere. Might be worth tossing a couple of e-mails around to some.

There are more than 1400 motorcycle dealerships but many of them were not
 around during that time.

Any HONDA tool for taking out the engine from the frame/put it back in again without turning the entire bike on its side?
A tool to make it possible for ONE guy to take out/mount the engine without damages on the bike/engine or personal injuries.
I got inspiration from this old thread: http://forums.sohc4.net/index.php?topic=71240.0

I'll test this for my next job taking out the engine
1,5-2m long metal rod strong enough for the engine
3 dollys (for snowmobile) http://www.kotulas.com/deals/kotulas-favorites/less-than-50/snowmobile-dollies-set-of-3-1500lb.-capacity
lift strap
2 jack stands
1 jacklift (or 2) http://www.sporttruck.com/techarticles/0808st_25_best_tech_tips/photo_23.html

The ~2m metal rod thru the frame where the carbs were located, a strap around the engine and the rod.  Jack stand on each side where the rod is resting. One of the jack stands raised by a jack.  Jack stand on the side where the rod is longer and the engine will come out. (right side on bike CB750)

Bike on side stand, one dolly under each wheel and side stand.
When engine is loose, adjust with jack and move the bike on the dollies so the engine will come out......
