Could be a possibility but I doubt it.
As I said in post #5 I check the oil fairly religiously on this bike a few minutes after I ride when I get home.

**Update**

Ok, after pulling the battery holder and loosening the oil tank and disconnecting all the electronics from the harness I got to the suspect breather tube when I pulled it it had a tear/cut on the bottom side but it did not appear too big, maybe 2 or 3 mm in length but it looked like it could leak oil potentially. I replaced it with the hose I got that I described before but have yet to test out if that tube was the problem or not. We'll see.

Looks like it was the breather tube leaking after taking a decent ride yesterday on the highway and streets.
No leaking on the top of the swingarm like before so I will take that as the root cause for a decent amount of the leakage.

Now I just need to plug up the chain oiler leaking and that should take care of most of the rear leakage.

Here's hoping the problem is solved, but be careful. These bikes are known to barf lots of oil out of the breather pipe on the top of the oil tank. Scary; it all ends up on your rear wheel. I have yet to see an explanation or solution for this.
