Dumb question, I have a 1975 cb400f that did not come with an ignition switch...how does the switch connect to the instrument cluster? Does it screw into the top triple tree or does it screw into the ugly light assembly? Your setup is awesome so I'm curious what you did.

Sorry I've been gone a while working on other stuff.
Got an sr500 and a rd400 going at the moment.


I put about 2500 miles on the 400f last summer mostly trouble free

Picked it up a couple days ago

Tore it down for new rings and seals


And it should be assembled and rideable next week sometime so I can et back to the sr500 project


Also restoring a 1935 Hardinge Lathe

So yeah, a lot on my plate ;)
