Instead of re posting a lot of pictures you can get up to speed here. (If you care to follow) Dreams are not everybody's Cup of Tea.
http://forums.sohc4.net/index.php?topic=119052.0First I made a good friend today. His name is Corky and he was well pleased looking at my other Honda's. Had to fight him off the CBX to get the Dream unloaded.
This will be a long friendship and a good person to add to my network. He already knows where there are parts.
Corky pulling up at 0800 hrs. from Jackson Hole Wyoming..
And in the trailer..
And now out..
Then we rolled "Casper" up on the rack.
And the original tool kit with feeler gauge! Unbelievable!
Next was the paperwok along with $1650.00 in cash delivered to my front door. I will be the second registered owner of this 48 year old motorcycle. Fourth owner total.
Check this title.
I know several have these Dreams and will be more than happy to take advice, tips, parts leads and whatever information they can offer. I am giving myself one year on this. First, I will get it running. Second take a parts inventory and get the parts ordered during our warm months in Arizona. September for a frame off build with fresh paint, chrome, polished parts. As close as I can get it to original condition.
Now, if I can just locate a Service Manual I'll be golden.
To be continued....
