Welcome to the forum.

You didnt mention anything about the bike being a runner, but too late fir that as You have already the bike stripped down to the frame.  Just clean it up and attack a small system at a time.  Save the parts that you feel not going to be use, but might need them later.

While I would do in this order, and other may do it differently.

Frame, engine, wheels, electrical, then air and fuel. Once your bike is going, let's make it stop, the brakes.

Good luck

Hi Ricky.

The CB650Z was more popular in the UK - join us on www.sohc.co.uk (the UK chapter) and chat to the locals.

Thanx guys.
It wasn't a runner the engine was out and in a few bits. Looking fwd to rebuilding it. Never built a 4 stroke but was rebuilding 2 stroke crosser engines when I was 11. I know it's verry difrent.

Was planing on getting a rolling frame b4 engine ect. My garage isn't massive and I have the busa to get in and out.
