I spent some quality time with the F2 schema and here on sohc4 and decided I will not need it.

The K0 does not have neutral switch wired to the solenoid or the clutch switch and I never missed it, just one more thing to go bad, IMHO.

Hope I did not jinx it  ;D

I may use the wires for a personnal security switch - you gotta flip it to use the start button.

If you remove the diode, the electric starter will ONLY work with the clutch pulled in, not when the trans is in neutral.
Don't fix it if it ain't broke!

The harness and engine is F2, but the rest is K3 - I will not have clutch switch.

Connect the grn/red to ground. Then the starter will work whenever the ign is on, and the button is pushed. Or leave the diode and the starter will only work when the trans is in neutral.

Are you using the K3 starter switch? If so, the colors will be different than the later harness.

Not sure yet, but likely R6 controls from ebay - same as my K0.

I have the harness unwraped on the table now, will go over it with circuit tester and label everything for future reference before I wrap it all up again.
