She calls me "the cellar dweller". I have another area that was my clean, packaging, electronics, sit down work spot....she evicted me. Now its my daughters craft area. I need to clean out a lot of machine stuff and make room for clean packaging station. She us freaking out about our electric bill though. I have been playing on the mill way too much. Electric bill this month is double from last! Oops.

I have been doing more dumpster diving....here is me new box of booty, saved from the scrapyard. There was a ton of tooling, lathe bits, carbide teeth, chuck teeth, collets...I just grabbed anything I knew I could use or that said "Hardinge" or ""Brown and Sharpe". I even had the guy loading the dumpster "accidentally" dump over a 55 gal barrel that was full of bits. I found a brand new stepper motor, some old Bridgeport handles and some wrenches. Frigging scrap. The Harding collets I pulled out are brand new. I have no use for them and will put them on eBay.

WTF is this giant 10 tooth mutha?

I have another mystery bit as well, it is Brown and Sharpe with a center drill in a collet with a handle? Pics soon.

An entire case of knurling wheels. All brand new in indexed drawers.

Those arbor presses I got are Yuasa #0 little guys.

Frigging scrap. He told me it was worth more because it was all "old metal".

My hands are pretty cut up from finding end mills...... it was better than X-Mas.!

Here are the knurling wheels and the mystery Brown and Sharpe center drill fixture. I will try to sell most of this on eBay to help fund my growing bills/debt/growing family.

I have fallen in love with "V" blocks. Must have about 6 now. All different. All so precise and perfect.

I have a bag of 5 Allied spade drill inserts. Found an amazon page and...WOW! $74 a piece... checked eBay and, doesn't look like they sell. I have a growing collection of tools that are valuable but worthless..

Frank the mill is a Pratt and Whitney 3". Anything to trade or couple bucks plus shipping?

What does the back side of the shell mill look like? In the pic, it looks like it may have slots to lock into the tool-holder. I have a tool holder for my CNC Bridgeport that has lugs that might work with that, but the holder may be too small. What is the ID of the mill where it meets the holder? (Just curious, Frank. ;))

It looks like 11/2 inch hole to me.
The B&S toolblock maybe be turret lathe tooling. The collets in the plastic container, are they B&S 21,s.. Look like mini versions of what my Herbert turret lathe uses..

1.24" ID and the slot is .5" ×.3"

One other tool I forgot to mention is a Zagan collet fixture. I figured it would be handy for something....I have never seen one used before. Had to have it though.

Hoping to sell those Hardinge collets on the bay.

My holder is for a 1.000" ID tool, and the lugs are .370 wide. Keep your eyes open for this style QC 30 holders, commonly used on CNC series 1 Bridgeports, as well as acura-flex style collets.
