i have an 81 cb 650 c. it's a dohc but i figured somebody might be able to help me. the bike has a new battery, rotor, stator, and rectifier/regulator. the brushes are good too. there's power going out of the rectifier/regulator to the brushes but i'm not getting anything back to the battery. what could possibly be wrong? any ideas would be appreciated.
