Ok, I'll concede that just about any triumph was a cluster (EXCEPT my high school car, a TR10 Wagon!)..The Gordini was late '70's/Early '80's, kind of fastbacky if I remember right. It was quick and steering was great..fun to drive..the coolest part about it was that the sunroof opened up the entire roof to the back window. It was during the great "sealed cooling system" era (so was my TR7), so when my Dad developed a leak, he just added coolant to the overflow tank...naturally, I borrowed it to go to West Virginia one weekend...since his leak was in the system and not the overflow tank, (so the vacume was broken), I was on a beautiful drive through the mountains and fried the engine! Try to get someone to work on a French car in West Virginia!
I jus found a picture of a Gordini. This one is Red, my Dads was Brown.
I also just found a picture of a TR-10 sedan. Cool, but mine was a STATION Wagon! I'll try to find a picture of the actual car and post it. It was tiny, had a 945 cc engine and a 3 gallon gas tank. I drove it until it became really unsafe. I wish I had it now!
