It's the poorly designed aftermarket pilot jets. They're too short and don't stay submerged in the fuel in the float bowls. The holes are not the correct size nor are they spaced properly. You're idle is hanging because it's lean. It's lean because the pilot jets are crap. Find some genuine Keihin jets and try....I bet it will solve your problems.
