Group family photo
« on: April 08, 2013, 09:42:22 AM »
Was cleaning up the garage this morning.  Since all my family members were outside in the driveway, I decided to snap this family photo.

They are all foster kids, only with me  for awhile except the red one which is staying with me long term.   ;D

Great garage. You probably can feel the envy emanating from from us common folk.

I like your K0, is it all original or a restoration?

Thanks all for the kind words.

Bmoffitt18:  The Suzuki is an 82 GS850 GL shaft drive model.  Its a nice ride.

J3H:  The K0 is a still not quite finished project.  I brought it home about a year ago
The PO called it a "chopper".  Frame uncut but with 6 over extended front end, king and queen seat with the matching hi rise sissy bar, lots of stuff chromed out.  I have saved it
from the life as a chopper but its not all original.  There are several later model K replacement items.  The engine was swapped and is a K1 or K2 so I chose to make an nice everyday rider rather than all original.

CoachDoc:  My car has long forgot what its like inside the garage.   I usually will have two or three finished bikes around at a given time, but since it turned out this way, I chose to get a group photo.  Probably will never happen again with this many.

Stickman,
I just noticed that you are in Lenoir. I'm just down the road in Davidson. I'll let you know the next time I'm headed your way and I'll stop in to see your collection.
