 Have you run a dry and wet compression test and checked your plug wires?

When I synch the carbs, in addition to reading the carb tune instrument, I also use my ears. At the point where the engine just settles down and run super smooth, it is not always, usually not, at the same spot as I can get all 4 carbs perfectly aligned on the carb tune instrument.
