Rest a straight edge across your pilot jet. The floats should be at that same level.
If you manually depress the accel pump rod, with your slides are raised, you should get fuel out the other sides of the carbs.
if the squirt pressure is still not adequate, you'll need to take a look at the ball check valve on the rim of the #2 bowl(shoot carb cleaner up through it), clear the mickey mouse ears of the diaphragm, and check it for tears.
it may take a few depressions of the accel pump to work all the air out of the system.
dont put your carbs back on until its right
