Lately the connector from the On/Off/Ignition to the headlight basket nightmare of wiring has gotten a bit dodgey (power cuts out, fiddle with it and it comes back on). Short of replacing the connector, any ideas of how to remedy the problem? My throttle cables run behind it and seem to contribute to the problem by pushing on the connector, so I'll re-route them (as soon as I dig up the will to contort my fingers to undo them from the carbs), but that won't solve the problem. It's a '78 550K.
