75 750f carbs on a 72 750 motor?
« on: April 17, 2013, 01:46:08 PM »
Looking to do my carbs but as of now I have a 72 cb 750 engine in my bike till my F engine is rebuilt. Will I have any problems mounting the 75 F carbs?

The early 75-76 F carbs are pretty much the same and fitment will not be an issue either. Jets on the other hand may be. Think the stock 75F had 105 mains and a good choice for a 72K for starters would be at least 110.
Are you doing pods and pipes and other mods. More changes may be necessary.
