74cb what about a couple of well placed firecracker's?
I've figure I'll try that on the Bear next time she go's after my my bird feeder, we'll see.

Making noise with guns/firecrakers at 4 am is bound to bring the state police back,
and they don't like me as it is.

Will stick with silent but deadly slingshot.
