Unless they are really hurt. They get up and run straight to the bike to see if its OK.

Everytime I've dropped one, I've gone to check that the bike is ok before taking personal inventory. Also to turn off the petcock and electrical :\

Also they are a good visual reminder that if you wear the right gear you CAN walk away from a simple high speed get-off.
